Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “in consultation with the Registrar” appearing immediately after the words “the council.” In this case, we are deleting the words “in consultation with the Registrar” because the Registrar is an employee of the Council. So, the Registrar cannot consult with the Council, he is part of the council. He is the secretary to the Council."
