Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 20 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (3) by inserting the words “full time” immediately after the words “ to engage in” appearing in paragraph (b). Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, instead of the Registrar working part time, this will make him or her work full time. It is just a question of engaging him or her full time."
