    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the Health Bill is at the Mediation Committee level and yesterday we had our first meeting with the Members of the Health Committee of the Senate. Today we are having our second meeting. It is at the mediation level. Clause 22 was limiting what the clinical officers should prescribe and we felt we should not define what kind of ailments they can treat. We felt that that is limiting them. They should do it as per their training."
