    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the other one is The Strategic Oil Reserves Bill whose key features are:- (i) The amount of each type of fuel to be stored in the strategic reserve at any particular time. The country should strive to have a minimum of 180 days stock, even before this Bill comes into force. I think this is something that the Government can implement even without the Bill. (ii) where the reserves will be stored; (iii) who will control and manage these reserves; and, (iv) when they can be released."
