    "content": "One time, I was the Secretary of Cooperatives in Kenya. It is true that many co- operatives in the 1900s and a while back went through very difficult times. However, a co- operative society is a body corporate. It can sue and can be sued and action can be taken or even a petition brought to Parliament for intervention. It is possible in law. Therefore, it is only fair that once a body corporate hires people, like what this co-operative society did, the moment it is liquidated, such people should be paid their dues and the shareholders paid their shares.
