Temporary Deputy Speaker, on behalf of the Leader of the Majority Party, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, this House orders that the business appearing as Orders No.9 (Debate on Presidential Address), be exempted from the provisions of the Standing Order 40(3) being a Wednesday Morning, a day allocated for business not sponsored by the Majority or Minority Party or business sponsored by a Committee. This Motion, as the title reads, is procedural. This is to allow Members to debate the Presidential Address, so that we can complete this Motion in a record time.
