    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to air my views on the President’s Address. First and foremost, I want to take this chance to thank the President for his effort in bringing a very big change in this country. You can recall the tremendous achievement that we have made in various fields. First, in the field of education, a lot of exemptions have been given to students, for example, exemption in fees payment in primary schools and exemption in exam fees payment in secondary schools. That is another achievement which was not been done in many years. Another achievement which we have also realised in education is capitation, which has been increased. This has taken many years and students have been paying a lot of fees. I am sure our parents are happy with the fees they are paying because of this capitation."
