    "content": "I would also like to thank the President for the way he has handled road infrastructure in this country. Many roads have been tarmacked compared to many other years before. Since 1963, when we got Independence, very few roads were tarmacked, but for the last four years, a lot of roads have been tarmacked. In my constituency, we have a road from Tablotin via Kabianga University to Premier. We have others in Longisa and in almost every constituency in this country. We have made this tremendous improvement within a very short time, taking into account the Jubilee Government has only been in power for the last four years. This is tremendous work and the President should be congratulated."
