    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to join my colleagues who have commented on the Presidential Address. There is a saying in Kiswahili that goes “Mgema muuwe lakini haki mpe.” I want to applaud the President for his Address in which he stated the successes and failures of his Government. A good leader always accepts his mistakes and failures and promises to improve."
