If there are Members who may wish to take their seats, they should do so because it is a fairly long communication. This communication is on the matter of the authority of the House in relation to a Petition by one Emmanuel Mwagambo Mwagonah for the removal from office of the Auditor-General. You may recall that on Tuesday, 14th March 2017, the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, Hon.
