    "content": "For the first time, Garissa, Wajir and Mandera are connected with electricity and roads are being constructed. Those are areas that were neglected by successive governments. The journey from Nairobi to Marsabit now takes four hours. Those who have eyes can see. Those who have ears can hear the stories, but those who have brains and their brains are not working, we tell them: ―God will help you.‖ In the energy sector, this administration has connected 3.7 million homes to electricity.
