    "content": "The President mentioned that he appreciated the new Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). I felt that was the least sincere comment from him. Considering what people went through and the riots in the streets, I do not think we should accept it. Devolution is the greatest thing we have seen from this Constitution.
