    "content": "The other one was the Managed Health Equipment Services (MHES). This is a scandal waiting to happen. I hear people talking about 92 referral hospitals. I can forgive them because they do not seem to understand what this means. These are the 92 hospitals for the MHES programme. We know these equipment are at various stages of implementation and employing personnel to operate and maintain them. They are leased and we are paying the lease money regularly and yet these equipment have not been delivered. On the issue of corruption, the only thing, the President mentioned is the issue of streamlining examinations. In this country, is that the only problem which concerns corruption? I do not really think that his Address carried what the nation expected."
