    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the chance to contribute to this Motion. I support the President. He highlighted the state of the nation. The Opposition is engaged in what is called ―negative opposition‖. They just oppose for the sake of opposing. The Jubilee Government has kept the promise. The Government has done what it has promised Kenyans and our country is on the rise. It is very clear. If you go outside Nairobi, you will find many construction works going on. This is a country that is growing. There are positive economic indicators. If you forget about what the Opposition is saying, you will see that this country is on the rise. This Government has laid a very good foundation for our counties and we can now see stable counties. Resources and functions have been transmitted to the grassroots.
