The Standing Orders are that the chairmanship of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and Public Investments Committee (PIC) must come from the minority party or coalition of parties. What Hon. Olago Aluoch has said is a fact. I agree with him. I wish the Member was here. He was with me earlier on in another meeting. The Member for Kikuyu, you occupy a very unique position, which I think is not in accordance with your Standing Orders. If the leadership of a Committee is supposed to be from the minority, even the deputation should also be from that so that, in the event the Chairperson of that Committee is not present, the Deputy Chairperson must be from the minority party. You people are exercising some very interesting incestuous relationship in Committees. Member for Kikuyu, what do you have to say?"
