I beg to move: THAT, Clause 47 of the Bill be amended─ (a) by deleting the opening sentence in sub-clause (4) and substituting therefor the following new opening sentence─ “(4) If prescribed tissue has been removed, the Coroner shall not order the release of the body unless satisfied that─” (b) in sub-clause (6) by deleting the expression “6-monthly” and substituting therefor the words “six months”. The purpose of this amendment is basically to correct grammatical errors by deleting the word “however” and also by use of the word “shall” instead of the word “must.” So, it is purely a grammatical error we are trying to address."
