    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I think we are discussing a very important Motion today and yet we are only four members in this Chamber. I do not think we can proceed with this important Motion for our country while we are only four Members. The decision that will be made from this Motion will affect this country and it is wrong for only four members to make it. I do not think we have quorum under Standing Order No.35 to proceed with this Motion. Thank you."
