    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I want to add my voice regarding the spirit of the Constitution and the Standing Orders on quorum. Everywhere in other jurisdictions, quorum is considered when the Question is put. I watched the proceedings of the House of Commons last night. During the debate, there was nobody. There were hardly two or three Members. However, when the question to formalise the official exit of the United Kingdom (UK) from the European Union (Brexit) was put, the Quorum Bell was rung. Thereafter, I saw the Members in the House of Commons standing because the seats were not enough."
