"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also want to thank the Assistant Minister for a comprehensive compilation of events. However, I think this House and the country, expect the Assistant Minister to engage in preemptive measures so that this kind of chronology of deaths and pain cannot be realized. I just want to recall that on the 10th April 2006, the entire leadership from Marsabit in this Parliament perished on a peace mission. How many lives is the Assistant Minister waiting to see lost? Does he want the entire Parliament to die so that he can act? He has had enough time from 2006 and now he is talking of December 2010, he must have put sufficient measures to prevent further deaths on that road."
