    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to second this Procedural Motion. Of course, tomorrow is going to be a critical day where we will be listening to His Excellency the President. It is provided for in the Constitution, so that we can know the status of the nation pertaining to matters of security, governance and Kenya’s international obligations. Therefore, we need to give our staff time so as to organize themselves because it will be a Joint Sitting and we expect the Senators to be here tomorrow. Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I second."
