    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this matter touches on the independence of Parliament and the issue of separation of powers. However, it is not a matter that has not been dealt with before by this Committee. You, Hon. Speaker, has dealt with this matter in detail in this Parliament. It was handled very effectively in the last Parliament. Whereas as at now, I do not wish to indicate that I support or I oppose that Petition, the important thing is that, as Parliament, we need to guard our independence jealously within the law."
