    "content": "You won in the last elections but let us see if you will win in this election. Let us be sober as the National Assembly and debate issues as they are raised by Hon. Members. I want us to refer to the Constitution of Kenya. I believe when making your ruling you will be guided by it. Article 165(3)(a) states: “(3) Subject to clause (5), the High Court shall have- (a) unlimited original jurisdiction in criminal and civil matters.” It is very clear that the High Court can listen to any issue raised. I want to save time and go to Article 165(5) of the Constitution which states:"
