"content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me the Floor. First, I would like to support the Motion. As my colleagues who spoke before me stated, devolution is a very important issue. We are very happy that we were able to put together an Oversight Committee on Implementation of devolution. The Oversight Committee was very well thought out. The Committee went with the job they were given. However, I found that they were not fully involved in the issue. Of course, they were overseeing. They dealt with the first problem they came across, which was the issue of the TA.
