    "content": "Let me say one last thing which is related to why the PAC and the PIC were established. The aim of these Committees is to give opportunity to Parliament to help the Government. It is really to ensure that the Government listens to Parliament in view of these audit queries and also to know that in Parliament, we have people from various backgrounds. They are not necessarily accountants or lawyers. It is like jury which can be made up of all kinds of people or civilians. Therefore, they are more prone to give independent, perhaps objective analysis of these matters and, therefore, sort them out. The process of establishing these Committees must be observed and respected. I beg to support the Report."
