    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to speak to this very important Bill. At the outset, I congratulate Hon. Agoi for bringing up this very progressive piece of legislation. Basic education is not only a right under our Constitution, but a very important step for any Kenyan who is starting life. The processes that we go through in our examinations are critical to our young generation. Therefore, they deserve all the attention and legislation to ensure that we safeguard that process and ensure that it is done in a manner that, indeed, meets not only the requirements of modern day Kenya but, also safeguards and takes care of the interests and the rights of the young people."
