You know he is a very seasoned lawmaker and stickler of rules, as the Departmental Committee Chair rightly put it, but there are issues which we can see are fairly straightforward. For example, the issue of the further amendment is something that we can dispense with. I understood it easily. I would rather you speak to this particular one, whether you were supportive of it, so that we can move. Hon. Chepkong’a is one of the very serious Members of this House, for sure. Very serious!"
