Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the Speaker’s Gallery this afternoon of visitors from the Norwegian Council for Children and Youth Organizations. They are:-- (1) Ms. Embla Mathisen; and (2) Ms. Solveig – Marie Haland In our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I wish to extend a warm welcome to them.
