    "content": "This is very important. Our representation should take these interests at heart. The only reason we want to integrate is that so that we can do business with our colleagues and make our economies grow; something that we can be proud of. Rwanda has so many things. We are sending people to benchmark there on cleanliness. We send people to the streets of Rwanda to benchmark on disposal of waste. We have a lot of to do. I would like to see that we have proper representation and not just send people to earn allowances and become big boys or girls in East Africa."
