"content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. I respect the Senator for Nyeri County especially during this difficult time of mourning but, is he in order to mislead this House and the country? He has said that the money would still go to the counties even if the Senate was not there. He knows very well that before any money goes to the counties, we have to pass the County Allocation of Revenue Bill. How would you decide how much goes to Kakamega County or Nyeri County? Could he clarify the point so that people in Nyeri do not think that he has no work?"
