    "content": "your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives: (i) Intervenes through the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries to cause investigations into the alleged violation of the provisions of Section 42 of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Foods Authority Act, 2013 related to the unit of measurement. (ii) Intervenes in liaison with relevant Government Ministries and agencies to ensure that enforcement of the law is carried on standard measurements so as to protect farmers from exploitation. (iii)Makes any other order and or direction that it deems fit in the circumstances of the case. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
