The matter of the recruitment of the MD was exhaustively discussed, and concluded through a Committee of this House; Mr. Speaker did rule that that matter should not be re-visited. Be that as it may, the current MD, Eng. Gichuki, was recruited through a process. Mr. Mathew Wamalwa appeared before the same panel of interviewers, and they ranked them accordingly.
