    "content": "We recommend that the EACC should investigate thoroughly the individuals named in the Report. We also recommend that the EACC investigates the allocation of Duty Free Shops spaces at Terminal 1A to the World Duty Free Limited. This was allocated with total disregard of procurement laws and procedures. Most of the tenders which have had issues in this country are those that have been done in total disregard of the laws that govern the procurement process."
