(3) The State shall publish and publicize any important information affecting the nation.” It is on the strength of that constitutional requirement that I would like to read the following letter from Ngatia and Advocates addressed to Hon. Justin Muturi, the Speaker of the National Assembly, and recorded as, “Very Urgent. It is titled “World Duty Free Saga” and states as follows: “We write to protest the report that was issued by the Public Investments Committee, which is currently being discussed by the National Assembly for the reason that, despite clear evidence that we presented, the Committee Chair prepared a report that is in complete variance with the evidence. The report is intended to validate bogus claims by Kamlesh Pattni, which are the subject matter of pending cases in the High Court."
