    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I rise to support this Motion. Members of Parliament need this break more than anything else. When you look at this Chamber, people are trying to use any available time to go to their constituencies. Currently, some people have started campaigning as if elections are going to be held next month. Most of those people, even in my constituency, are spreading lies that the Jubilee Government has not done anything. We need this time to go out there and tell them that they have done a lot. These days, women deliver in hospitals for free. We need to tell them about such things because we cannot do it while in the Chamber."
