    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I hear you. But the majority of them, even from my own community, put Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) from their own community. Whether it is Kikuyus or Luos, they put CEOs from their own community. That is most offending. What I am asking is very simple; When will these Ministers start thinking as true Kenyans, so that the positions of CEOs in their Ministries do not belong to them and their communities?"
