    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I support the request by the distinguished Senator of Kakamega, I want a clarification because if it is the county government that is undertaking that responsibility, is it the responsibility of this House to deal with stadia in Kakamega and Nyeri or elsewhere, is it the job of the county assembly to deal with that issue after which time it would come to this House either through the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget or as an audit report? I am not sure. I am just asking."
