Members are required to substantiate instantaneously any statements they make on the Floor of the House and it would be fair to get Members to do that, but at the same time, there is a provision of Standing Order No.79(4), which says that no Member shall impute improper motive on any other Member except upon a specific substantive Motion of which, at least, three days notice has been given calling in question the conduct of that Member. So, in the event that you want to pursue this matter, the Standing Orders are very explicit. You cannot now proceed on with the naming."
