I plead with the Chair just to give me the opportunity to table these lists on Thursday afternoon, showing clearly abuse of office and the trend and practice. It is a standard practice that when Ministers take over, they attempt as much as possible to put members of their community as CEOs. If there are exceptions, they are very few. It is true that there are exceptions, but I will produce a list showing the parastatals and the practice the Ministers are using."
