    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support this proposed amendment because if it were to happen the way it was proposed earlier, it is likely to cause confusion. Prison officers carrying out police duties continuously when they have their specific mandate for rehabilitation and preservation of convicts will cause unnecessary confusion. So, I support this amendment on that account."
