It is more expensive when we import a German-made car from Germany than when we have the plant here and the car is assembled here in Kenya. Number one, it will create employment to our people. Secondly, the price will come down. So, this is only where the public interest comes in. If an investor wants to relocate and create--- This is basically the most important aspect. Before you even go to the consumers, it is to create employment for Kenyans. If you go to the Thika Plant, you will find thousands of Kenyans who are working there. So, employment is very key. These amendments are from the National Treasury and I am moving them on behalf of the Ministry."
