Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended in the Schedule by inserting the following new item in its proper alphabetical sequence- The Value First Schedule Insert the following new paragraph immediately after Added (Part I-Goods) paragraph 30 ― Tax Act,2013 30A. Taxable supplies, procured locally or imported for (No of the construction of liquefied petroleum gas storage 2013) facilities with a minimum capital investment of four billion shillings and a minimum storage capacity of fifteen thousand metric tonnes as approved by Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury upon recommendation by the Cabinet Secretary responsible for liquefied petroleum gas.
