    "content": "The CJ, as a constitutional office holder, should have been in the Bill that this House dealt with which was called, “Retirement Benefits (Deputy President and Designated State Officers) Act.” The CJ and the DCJ were left out. The provision in the Bill is for the CJ and it went to his own committee, the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. This Bill has been in the House for over six months.
