    "content": "I support the amendment as moved by the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs because these two positions are constitutional. We are not saying that the offices of judges are unconstitutional, but in terms of mandate and in the absence of the Chief Justice (CJ), the Deputy Chief Justice (DCJ) takes over to run the entire Judiciary. I support the amendment and call upon Hon. Members to support it fully."
