    "content": "This amendment will help us to avoid duplication of roles between the Commission, the Victim Protection Board and the Cabinet Secretary. If we just delete it, it will be a good thing. The amendment I am proposing will leave the rest of the functions that are in the Bill clearly under the Victims Protection Act which already exists and the Commission."
