    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The order to shoot and kill stills stands because it has not been retracted. It was announced by a person with the title “President.” It could be a decree and we do not know under which law but all the same it was an executive order. Therefore, no litigation, complaint or even reason is supposed to be given before that order. Here we are being told by the Vice Chair that no answer is available. Would I therefore be in order to demand that the Chair, using all means, gives us the answer before the end of today because this is a serious matter?"
