"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have special visitors as you have noted. “Phd students” means they are about to earn their doctorate very soon. These are my colleagues. JKUAT is unique because of the research going on for specialised seeds of bananas which is better than what is found in Kisii County. I want to give them credit and recognition under the leadership of Prof. Mabel Imbuka, although I am not sure whether she is still the Vice Chancellor. The entrepreneurship course they have is important at this time. I recognize them and we ask them to continue interacting with the Senate and the National Assembly. In case they need any law that needs to be considered so as to make Kenya the hub of the best products, we are ready to assist."
