    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do agree. It is just that a politician and a Phd seem to be two different animals but sometimes there is point of convergence. The challenge with the Phd students is the inverse relationship between literacy levels and poverty levels. I do want to encourage the students and the intellectuals seated up there that we must translate what we learn and the research that we are doing into prosperity for our people. That is my challenge and I do hope that we will be seeing ground breaking research from JKUAT. I do wish you well and I do hope you will join Sen. (Prof.) Lonyangapuo as a full professor when in this House."
