    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I join you in welcoming the PhD students. Two years ago, JKUAT showcased a laptop that they were making. At the time, I was hoping that the Jubilee Government would purchase their laptops from JKUAT. I was disappointed that they went outside while JKUAT is producing laptops. I congratulate JKUAT for entrepreneurship skills. We hope that this can translate to improving this economy and producing better entrepreneurs and not “tenderpreneurs.”"
