    "content": "Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for allowing me to join you in welcoming the visiting students from JKUAT. I appreciate their effort. I urge them to come up with a programme in entrepreneurship. They should come up with a mentorship programme that can mentor young Kenyans who are future leaders. That will empower young people. They should also come up with a programme that will empower the marginalised groups of people in this country. Otherwise I wish them a fruitful stay as they continue learning."
