    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you heard the Vice Chairperson say that it is not finalized because they are still consulting. As a nation, we spent hundreds of millions when the initial feasibility was done by experts. All the environmental assessments were done. What is it that has changed today for her to tell us that the environment has changed and that some other consultants have to be engaged? Is this not an exercise to try and divert this thing to include politically correct locations? Why not say so? I am sure the party you represent will be happy if you speak that way."
